Why is it I can't find credible sources of rootstock for grafting? Sure I can descriptions, and I have found a whopping 2 sources of rootstock in America. One of which I don't trust, and the other I do.

My question is what am I doing wrong? Wrong keywords? Why is finding a source of Bud9 as difficult as legally exploring under the Sphinx in Egypt? Are commercial apple growers keeping it close to the heart to keep it out of the common gardener / farmer?
